  4. Cost: $75.00, includes lunch and materials            Preregister- by Sunday March 7, Lunch- catered (TBA) Book- Pastoral Ministry: How to Shepherd Biblically by John MacArthur 
  1. College Credit- Course PTH 308 Principles of Church Growth (Practical Theology), Credit given for Institute , Associate or Bachelor Degree, Registration deducted from Tuition fees, Institute $125.00 (1 credit)              Degree $225.00 (3 credits), Students attend the Seminar instead of weekly classes, review an additional textbook and turn in a research paper.
  2. Purpose: Community Enrichment and Bible College Training, Provide a Community Enrichment Event to benefit leaders of churches and Christian Ministries to fulfill their call by growing a healthy productive ministry, not just excite a crowd or increase numbers. Encourage and support lay-leaders in local ministries with practical information.  Challenge the shepherd of local churches and Christian ministries to lead from a heart and life of conviction by mentoring, modeling and discipling the next generation of pastor/shepherd.   Provide a Bible College course that fits the schedule of busy people. 
  1.  Topics:Laying a Strong Foundation,Maintaining a ministry of scriptural growth and effectiveness,Biblical Perspectives on a Shepherding Ministry,Preparatory Perspectives for the Shepherd-His call and training,Personal Perspectives on the home, prayer life, compassion for people,Pastorial Perspectives on responsibilities of shepherding a healthy ministry, Community Outreach -Caring for members, and the unchurched locally and around the world. Legal Issues. Background screening for Child Care workers, Effect of Hate Crimes legislation 
  1. Question and Answer Time- Time will be given to discuss specific questions presented by the participants.
